The Square-Fit PBC Evaluation is performed to check the client's balance and weight distribution using our Square unit. We also check core, upper and lower body strength using different resistance training techniques. A range of motion evaluation is also done to check for flexibility. The Square-Fit Evaluation is 45 minutes long.
