Square-Fit | Basic

It’s all about the Square-Fit fundamentals! This class will focus on learning the proper boxing stance, distribution of weight in each leg, and how to throw punches, all while transitioning through the Square. Through punching combination drills and a variety of Square-Fit Basic footwork drills, you are certain to sweat and burn fat!

Square-Fit | Intermediate

Taking things to the next level, you will learn how to transition from a boxing stance to a variety of calisthenics exercises in the Square. You will learn more technical footwork drills, block punching drills, and defensive boxing drills. With every move, you will work 8-10 muscles and are guaranteed to burn fat and tone your body!

Square-Fit | Strength Training

In our Square-Fit Strength Training class, you will use weighted dumbbells as you perform a variety of different strength training exercises while executing forward & lateral movements through the Square. Whether its arm curls, overhead presses, or dumbbell kick outs, you will learn a combination of resistance training and aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will push you to your limits!

Square-Fit | Core

If you are ready to use the core like you’ve never used it before, this is the class for you! From standing to sitting in the Square, you will contract the core from all angles. In Square-Fit Core, you will execute multi- joint movements that will strengthen the core and condition the total body!

Square-Fit | Bag Circuit

Are you ready for an intense workout? In this class, you will go through a continuous circuit of different Square-Fit components utilizing a variety of Square-Fit punching and footwork drills in the Square-Fit Square, on the Square-Fit performance boxes and punching bags!

*Boxing gloves are required for this class.

Square-Fit | On The Beat

If you are looking for a energetic boxing and conditioning aerobics class, this is for you! In this class, you will use professional boxing techniques that include a variety of punching combinations with forward/lateral movement that is done to the beat. Get ready to sweat and burn fat to the rhythm of the beat!

Square-Fit | Zoom

Can't make it to the studio, no worries, we will meet you in the square wherever you are! Square-Fit ZOOM will allow you to sweat and achieve your fitness goals in the comfort of your home. These online classes will offer three components: Square-Fit Basic, Square-Fit Intermediate, and Square-Fit Core. So, grab your electronic device, towel, water, and Square-Fit PBC kit and get in position!
